The poem below comes from a deeply personal place. 

It’s taken me years to truly understand how my past not only shaped my connections with others but also impacted how I navigated those relationships. 

Through life's many lessons, however, and a mahoooosive dollop of self-reflection, I finally realised the importance of drawing a line and setting boundaries that align with my values rather than being swayed by others. 

Drawing a Line of Insight is my take on celebrating the strength that comes from knowing and honouring myself. 

AND… that can work for YOU too!
